I’m Back

What a Winter Retreat.
I’m tired. My voice is completely gone. I wonder how I am going to be able to preach twice tomorrow.

It was one of the best experiences that I had.
And it all started on the first night.

We finished up the sermon and had a little time of prayer. After the prayer, we closed with a couple of praise songs, but the kids didn’t want to stop.
They kept asking us to play more praise songs. Who was I to prevent them from praising?
So we ended praising for more than 30 min. after our worship was over.

It came to a point where I physically couldn’t go on, but the kids didn’t want to stop. I have never experienced that in my life. It’s usually me that wants to keep going and the kids that are reluctant. But the kids kept asking for more and more. They were jumping and yelling and singing loudly, the entire 30 or so minutes. It was crazy, it was fun, it was great, it was a blessing.
And they kept up that energy.
It was an amazing experience. And a great way to end the year.
