But, a book did catch my eye by Shane Claiborne and John Perkins called “Follow Me to Freedom”

In the very opening pages, there’s a dialogue between Shane and John:

“John: … But the answer to bad leadership is not no leadership, rather it is good leadership

Shane: So where do we begin?

John: We begin by following Jesus. What does it mean when he asks us to deny ourselves, take up his cross and follow him? One thing it means is that we all begin as followers; and to be good leaders, we have to know how to be good followers.”

That right there struck something within my heart, and new that this is something I should read immediately.
Besides, I like Shane Claiborne.
