Annual Conference is never my favorite time of the year.
But I go because I have to.
However, it’s always great meeting up with colleagues and friends and catching up while we melt away in the Redland heat.
I was able to coerce Won to lay down an episode before he moves to Hawaii and I won’t see him until next June.
So we met in his dorm room and chatted away. We talked about his calling to his transition from being a youth pastor at various Korean UMC’s to now being the solo pastor in a church in Hawaii.
So far, he’s loving being in Hawaii.
And I’m sure that his time there will be filled with blessings and joy.
