Yesterday’s message centered on how fear is such a potent barrier for the faith journey. It’s probably why there are so many iterations of “Do not be afraid” all throughout scripture.
Fear is not the path of the righteous, God-revering people.
Love is.
We do not say “God is fear”. We consistently remind people that “God is love.”
